2020 Preseason fitness

On Saturdays (beginning 1 Feb), a few of us are recommencing the Mt Ainslie park runs (8am Remembrance Nature Park, ). This event is not run by the club but is a good chance to assess progress on a consistent, albeit hilly, 5km course. If you see us there, say hi!

On Sundays (beginning 2 Feb), there will be a group meeting at ANU’s South oval and going for a slow jog (8:30am start). This pace should be comfortable enough to talk and jog for 30(ish) minutes and will build up slowly each week. This session is not aiming to go hard, but rather to build a big endurance base.

Both running groups will continue each week until the start of the season, and we hope to see you there!
