Women’s Grading Day will be held for all players on Saturday 10 February, with another session targeted at new players on Monday 19 February as well.
The Men’s Grading Day for all players will be on Sunday 25 February.

On Wednesdays at 6:30pm we are holding pre-season fitness sessions at Southwell Park. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to come along!
